発送してもらえましたか？
８日に商品が到着して４８時間以内に発送してもらえるとのことですが、連絡が来ていません。
まさか別の注文に回してしまったてことはないですよね？
在庫がないなら次いつ入ってくるのか？確実に次の納品で発送できるようにするにはどうするのか？何らかの対策をお願いします。
届くのをとても楽しみにしていたのでとても悲しい気持ちです。

The item was supposed to come in 8th and would be shipped out withing 48 hours. But I haven't heard anything about shipment.
Of course, you may not be going to send it at next shipment, I think.
If it is out of stock, when is it expected to come in?
Will you take necessary action to send it at next shipment for sure?
I am very disappointed because I have been long waiting for arrival of the item.
