The GSLT discussed various platforms for connecting teams and colleagues virtually. The plan going forward is for Salesforce.com to become the global platform for sales collaboration, ultimately replacing existing platforms such as www.sales.mars and www.worldclassselling.mars.com.
Mars IS are currently negotiating a commercial agreement for salesforce.com to be used globally within Mars. Once the global agreement is in place, each market will then make decision to launch, using the global agreement.
Spotlight Sharing Sessions
Quick “power sharing” sessions were held throughout the meeting – topics included Global Chocolate, Corporate Affairs, Sales Exchange Program, Pricing & Promotion and the Roadmap.
