We seal all packages with a red and white security tape before shipping. Was this tape damaged or removed at the time you received your package? Could you please provide photographs of the box and security tape so I can begin a review of this shipment?
Can you also specify exactly the tracking number of the package when shipped to MyUS to assist us research this matter further?
