The bank we use does not allow transfering funds to PO Box addresses.
Due to the above issue, we have taken another means.

Previously when we sent the funds, I believe you have received a link sent to your email address ([e-mail]) from the bank. Your company is able to receive the merchandise fees from the link.

1. Please advise an address other than PO Box.
2. If the above is impossible, please open the link in the email from the bank.

If neither above works for you, we are not able to transfer funds.
