日本が米国に敗北した前年の1944年（昭和19年）の大日本帝国海軍の非常に希少な求人のポスター
この年に募集された練習生は僅か数ヶ月～1年に満たない短い期間の飛行練習で戦闘機に乗り込み米軍に特攻（神風）をした
戦闘機の数が足りなかった為、人間魚雷と呼ばれた兵器の「かいてん」、特攻ボート「しんよう」、人間機雷「ふくりゅう」で特攻する隊員も多かった

古いポスターなので傷み、汚れはあるが、1944年のポスターとしては良い状態だ

A very rare poster of ask job in the Imperial Japanese Navy in 1994 (Showa period 19), that is a year ago which Japan defeated to the U.S.

This year the trainees recruited had only a few months or less than a year of flight training before they boarded fighter planes and carried out suicide attacks (kamikaze) against the U.S. forces.
Since there were not enough fighter planes, many of suicide corps attacked with the "Kaiten" (human torpedoes), the "Shinyo" (suicide boats), and the "Fukuryu" (human mines).

This poster is old, so there is damages and dirts, but good condition as a poster of 1944.
