サポートに問い合わせたところ、「2020/6/29 01:35(UTC)」時点で返金処理は完了済とのことでした。
しかしながら、その後クレジットカード会社側での確認作業を挟むため、購入者様のカード明細等に反映されるまでには5～7日ほど時間がかかる場合がございます。

お急ぎの場合は、お手数ですがカード会社へお問い合わせください。

I answer about refund.

I inquired support and found that refund was finished at "20206/29 01:35 (UTC)".
However, as it sometimes takes 5 to 7 days until it is reflected at breakdown of the credit card of a purchaser since the credit card company checks it.

If you are in a hurry, I hate to ask you, but would you inquire the credit card company by yourself?
