・ガムを噛みながらなど食べながらや、ソファーでリラックスしながらのクライアントとのコミュニケーションはクライアントに失礼なので、NG
・相手の目を見て、コミュニケーションをとる。

3. Too many people were not being initiative
- There were some interview sessions that were silent because nobody started to talk
- In some session, only people confident in their English were talking. Some people did not ask any question even when they were the interviewers.

Feedback for the client session:
1. Regarding manners
- It is rude to talk to the clients while chewing on gums or sitting relaxed on the sofa.
- Make eye contacts with the person you are communicating with.
