Yes the selling price includes VAT.
2.Should I pay only the price that is exempted from VAT? Or Can't you exempt VAT?
You will pay the price without VAT, our IT system change it after your fill in your address.
3.If you accept the exemption of VAT, Please let me know how to place order.
