the assignee requested from the assignor to open relation with a japanese bank branch in hong kong for the assignee's company WIS. invest PVT. Ltd. and the company "Asian Merchant International Ltd. The assignor accepted the request.
The assignee will have therefore the responsibility to introduce the assignor to the chosen bank,
4.1 for opening a multi currency account or USD account, and
4.2 for depositing the "original certified copy of the bond certificate" and all related documents accoding to a list of documents which the chosen bank confirms to have recieved (for WIS.invest Pvt,Ltd, only)
The assignee will inform the assignor in writing about the name of the bank and the day and time of the bank meeting.
被任命者は香港において、任命者の会社すなわちWIS.invest Pvt Ltd.およびAsian Merchant International Ltd.と、日本の銀行支店との取引を開始しなければならない。
被任命者はしたがって、任命者に当該銀行を通知し、また以下を行う責任を負う。
4.1 多通貨口座または米ドル口座を開設する
4.2 債務証書の原本および当該銀行が承認した書類一覧に記載されている関連書類全てを提出する（WIS.invest Pvt Ltd.に対してのみ）
被任命者は任命者に対し、当該銀行の名前および会議の日時を書面で知らせる。
