Sales College
Andrew Roberts provided a detailed review of the Sales College – currently consisting of 16 global programs. All content is now complete and sharing/train the trainer programs have started. A global alignment and deployment meeting with sales capability leaders from regions, markets and segments is planned for w/o March 5th in Miami. If info is required - contact Emer Brady.
Customer Engagement
The global roll up of the 2011 Mars Inc Trade Attitude Survey results were reviewed. Great progress has been made since 2010, both in the number of markets taking part in the survey and in how we are viewed by our customers.
