I'm sending you a late response because I wasn't here. For documents to claim the insurance, you said I need to attach either an estimate sheet or certificate to prove it's not fixable, but to get it estimated they will charge me for estimation fee and shipping cost. Therefore, I cannot attach an estimate sheet or certificate. Does it have to be non-fixable for me to get a full amount of the cost back? My request is to get a full refund on PAYPAL. If you give me a refund I will send you the item back immediately.

I'm sorry for the delay of contact due to the absence. As for the insurance documents, you requested me to send the cost estimate and/or the certification for the irreparability, but having it from the repairer would cost you the charge for estimating and/or postage. So, I cannot send you the cost estimate and the certification. Would the total be defrayed only in the case it's irreparable? I would like you to go through procedures, regarding insurance.
