もし可能なら、お持ちのサイズの丁度良いジャケットと比較してどれくらい差があるのかを見ていただくと着用可能かどうかが分かるのではないかと思います。

To say more precisely, length is 78cm, sleeve length (note: not Western sleeve) 65cm, width 62cm, chest circumference 72-94cm. If possible, I think you can compare the difference with the size of jacket you have to see if you can wear it or not.
