製品検査の大事なことは、「不良品限度の見極め」だと思う。

そうでなければ逆に楽で、徹底的にアラ探しのように検査すればいいのですが、それでは生産サイドや納入先からクレームが出る。
製品検査とは厳しく検査しすぎてもダメだし、テキトーにしてもダメ…というところが難しいところです。
早く行なうにはやはり、限度見本を良く見て、正しく不良品を定義できるようになることが第一かと思う。
