アイテムは７月２９日発送でしたが、本日８月３日に日本より発送しました。
と申しますのも、手違いで郵便局で発送ラベルが入れ替わって、別のお客さんの国に発送してしまいました。
私達は急遽、商品を取り寄せ貴方宛に発送しました。

My apologize for late shipment of the goods.
I shipped the item in the 29th July but, as of the 3rd Aug it has left Japan again.
Due to an error in the labeling at the post office the item was sent to another customer.
We quickly picked up the item and re-sent it to you at your address.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, we know you are looking forward to receiving the goods.
