”MCINTOSH MCD7000”CDプレーヤーの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたCDプレーヤーを確認しました。
プレーヤーは電源は入るのですが、音がほとんど聞こえません。
ヘッドフォンでボリュームを全開にしてわずかに聞こえる程度です。
このCDプレーヤーは故障しているのではないでしょうか？非常に困っております。
使用不可なので、修理をしなければいけないと考えております。
一部ご返金いただくということはできませんか？

I am writing regarding the MCINTOSH MCD 7000 CD player. As I was away for a business trip until recently, yesterday and today I checked the CD player that was delivered to me.
It turns on, but I can hardly hear the sound.
With headphones on and full volume, I barely hear the sound.
This CD player seems to be defective. This is a serious issue.
As I cannot use it, I think I need to have it repaired.
Could you consider issuing a partial refund?
