I understand that Vitamix's warranty only works in USA. So, I want you to act upon asking the Vitamix to fix the problem on behalf of me as an agent who is dealing with Vitamix. I also want you to ask to do so on the recall items even though I know that's not what you sold to me. I will pay all the costs you have to pay to do so plus some extra as saying thank you.
