I definitely understand your concern.
I am checking to see if we have another box. My manager said that if we do, we would need to receive that one back from you and then we could send a replacement.
I am having someone in the warehouse look into this and I will get back to you as soon as I hear.
Please note we close early on Friday and return on Monday, so hopefully I will hear from them today but if not I will keep inquiring on Monday.
