Either case of such A~C we like to offer CA the following three (3) points as terms and conditions to accept an activity in CO with respect to three (3) points.
(1) When CA uses Compan's land (mainly a road), it observes and complies with the rule that Company establishes.
(2) CA bears all the responsibility caused by the activity in CO (from the past to the future).
