ソフトウェア製品の売り上げレポートを送ります。
このところ、売り上げ落ち続け大変残念に思います。
理由としては、このソフトウェアの日本語版がWINDOWS７とMacOSX（10・6）に対応していない事が大きいです。
ユーザーの利用ＰＣ環境のほとんどは、最新のＯＳになっています。
製品をアップデートしなければ売り上げのＵＰは望めないでしょう。

Here's the software sales report.
We regret that the sales have kept declining lately.
The reason is mainly that the Japanese version of the software is not compatible with Windows 7 and MacOSX(10.6).
The user environment has mostly become the latest version OS.
It might not be possible to increase the sales unless the software is updated.
