確認した所、B社の担当者が通関と揉めて通関担当が怒ってしまい日数がかかっているようです。
もし書類が作成出来ないなら商品を一回そちらに返品ますので、運送会社をB社からxxに変更して再送して貰いたいと思います。
xxで発送できない場合は悪いですが返金して下さい。
B社を利用すると受け取りに時間がかかってしまいますし、
先日、米国の別の会社から購入したA社の商品はxxで発送してもらって既に届いています。

It is confirmed that there was an argument between the person who's in charge of B and a customs broker who got offended by him. His anger makes the process slow.
If you can not draw up the document, we will send the product back to you. In that case, please change the transportation company B to xx and have them reshipping to us.
If XX can't send it to us, we need a refund.
Using B for shipping takes time. A, a company in the US which we order products a few days ago,sent us products by using xx, and we already have the products.
