ebayでセラーとして半年以上経ち特に大きな問題もなく販売をしてきました。フィードバックも増えてきているのですがPayPalの21日資金保留がいまだに解除になりません。
このままですとビジネスを拡大していくことができません。どうすれば解除になりますか？ご返答お願いします。

I have been selling on eBay for more than half a year now without any major problems. I also have been receiving increasing feedbacks. However, my funds in my PayPal account has still been held under its 21-day suspension.
I cannot expand my business as such. How could my account be liberalized? Please advise.

It's been half a year since I started business as seller with ebay without particular problem.
I got many more feedbacks, however, my funds on 21st on PayPal been still pending.
I won't be able to expand my business if this goes on. How could I release this pending?
