This is the tire just being pushed to far in, it can easily be pushed out and be fixed, the push the tires over the wheel any way this one was just pushed a little to far in.
You can easily pull it out.
If you can not fix hit you are more than welcomed to send it back for a replacement
このタイヤは奥に押し込むようになっています。簡単に押し込んで直すことができます。ホイルの上からタイヤをどの方向でも少しずつ押してください。簡単に抜けると思います。
