バックグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、スリープボタンを押しお使いの端末をスリープ状態にするか、ホームボタンを押してアプリを閉じてから端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。バックグラウンドでの使用の場合、端末の向きは上下どちらでも構いません。
フォアグラウンドで使用する場合、睡眠サイクルの計測をスタートさせた後、アプリを閉じずに、起動した状態で端末をシーツ下にセットして下さい。フォアグラウンドでの使用の場合、誤操作を避けるため端末は下向きにして下さい。
In the background mode: First you can start measuring a sleep cycle. Then you can set your terminal unit under the sheet after you put it into sleep mode clicking a sleep-mode button or you close the application clicking a home-mode button. In the case of background mode, your terminal unit may be placed bottom up or not.
In the case of foreground mode: FIrst you can start measuring a sleep cycle. you can set your terminal unit under the sheet with the application on. In the case of foreground mode, your terminal unit should be placed bottom up in order to avoid misoperation.
※ バックグラウンドでの使用は、様々な要因によりアプリが強制終了されるなど、不具合が生じる可能性がございます。差し支えがなければ、なるべくフォアグラウンドでの使用をお願い致します。なお、フォアグラウンドで使用した場合でも、端末をシーツ下にセットした時点で節電モードが働きますので、バッテリーを大幅に消費する心配はございません。
※ なお、差し支えがなければ、ヘルプの“使用方法”を参考に、フォアグラウンド（アプリが起動した状態）でのご使用をお願い致します。
Note: Using the background mode may have the application crashed causing some trouble. Therefore, it is recommended to use in the foreground mode if no objections. The battery saving mode is activated upon placing the terminal under the sheet so that a large amount of battery charge is not consumed.
Note: If there are no objections, it is recommend to use the terminal in the foreground mode (applications are in the active mode) after thoroughly reading the “How to use” in the help
