今回注文した商品ですが、新品のつもりで注文をしたのですが、この製品はfactory Refurbishedか？
そうであれば返品をしたい

このパッケージの中には商品が１個しかないことになっているんだけど、重量は2個分の重量になっている。
これ、数量間違えてない？
というのもまったく同じ内容のパッケージが別番号であるんだけど、そっちは2個で確認してほしいパッケージと同じ重量になっている。
