After inspecting the delivered goods, we found that, although the labels on the boxes show the correct size we asked, the delivered products inside the boxes are one size smaller than the size indicated on the boxes. We did the measurement and there are 3-4 mm differences in sizes. Please arrange to ship the products of the right size for free of charge ASAP. Please also let us know your account number of your shipping company for us to return the goods of the wrong size on your expense.
Regarding our meeting at the end of this month, we are regret to inform you that we have to cancel the meeting, since we have just found that we have to participate an exhibition around the time. We would appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.
