We have just implemented a feature that enables you to create groups within the group message page (project chat) to enhance communication with your applicants!
Create groups and exchange information more easily
You were already able to communicate with everybody at once by using the group message. Now you can split the users into different groups, so you choose who you talk to and have full control on who sees your messages!
As you can add or remove anyone from your groups, you are free to open private conversations with project leaders/proofreaders to gather the information you need.
Of course, you still can send general public messages like before!
Save time with a smoother communication
You can improve the flow of information by gathering members pursuing the same goal and save some precious time.
Besides, you can count on your different groups to keep the communication going between the applicants and assure a smooth progression even when you do not have time to check it by yourself on a regular basis.
Don't miss any news
You can finally access the discussions going on by clicking the mail icon located in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
We are therefore counting on you to make the best of chat groups and improve everyone's experience working on large-scale projects!
