I have just got off the phone with FEDEX. There are several problems.

1. As you are aware, and have known since before I made this purchase, I am Canadian. I do not have a US tax ID, nor do I have a US SSN. The watch is stuck with FEDEX customs until you can come up with someone to act as the importer of this high value watch to the USA.

2. You declared the strap as alligator, despite the fact the Omega site states that it is leather. US Fish and Wildlife is now involved and has to inspect it.

There are 2 possible solutions here:

the plate on the toe is held in place by a epoxy glue...it is not screwed. TaylorMade just gave us the ones that stiff by epoxy.

The seller stated that they made a mistake in the price of the item and they want me to cancel it. I should have received the lens last week and the order is still marked as "preparing for shipment". I even paid for Expedited Shipping! I've contacted the seller multiple times to ask them to ship the item ASAP as their error is their problem. I shop on B because it’s a trusted site but I am losing some trust since this company was allowed to falsely market their items and then put the onus on the customer.

I put the Guitar on order for you yesterday, The # 2 system has the ability to adjust the volume of certain strings. Three different sensors on the bridge work to change your sound if you want too. It comes from the factory set just like a normal guitar. and it has instructions if you want to change. IE some singers that play alone play their own bass line and can have the low E and A volume turned up slightly to make it stand out more. The Spec sheet is turned in as it shows on that #7040
