Although I bought mobile phones at ○○all items sent were different from my request.

Japan Tourism Agency held the frist meeting of the committee for promoting use of unique venue 19th of August. The commitee was established as the one of action programme, the final agreement decided by MICE competitiveness enhancement commitee held since Nomeber last year. The frist agenda of the commitee was focused on museums and art galleries in metropolitan area and to promote to use and develop unique venues. They are to reserach problems in unique venues, to consider the resolotion and to decide the guideline as a reference which enables the facilities to understand their own meaning and to open smoothly to the public.

As a result, it affects final quality of taken pictures. This oozing of ashisive is a symptom gradually caused by custody in hot place for a long time. There is no possibility that it was caused rapidly during the short period of transportation.

I have already sent you the photo of this lense. I shall reccomend you to show the photo to a repair shop you relied on and ask him/her wheter there is a possibility to happen this defect during the short period of the shipping. But it may be no use if the shop cannot identify the foerign body in the photo. In this case the shop may not be a proffesional for vintage camera made between 1940 and 1950. In any case there is no ground for your childish argument that you insist there was normal when it was shipped or the defect was caused by heat during the shipping because you don't have propper knowledge .

私も繰り返し言うが、今回の問題箇所は２つある。一つは硬い金属製のfocusing foodが大きく凹み、歪んでいること。しかし、より脆弱なガラス製のfocusing screenと２つのレンズは破損していないこと。もう一つは、レンズ外周を鏡胴に固定している接着剤（adhisive）が染み出て（oozing）、レンズ内側に暗い色の異物として固着していること。この接着剤の染み出しが輸送中の短期間に生じる可能性はゼロで、何十年も長い時間をかけて生じる症状だ。

I shall reiterate that there are two prboblematic parts in this issue. One is a dent and warp of forcusing hood made of hard metal. But the focusing screen and two lenses made of weaker glass are not broken. Another is the oozing of adhesive which is used for fixing the outer lense to a mirror body and it is sticking to the inside of the lense as a dark foreign body. There is no possibility that the oozing of adhesive occurs during the short period of shipping and it may be a chronic sympton during some dacades.
