添付している写真の赤丸部分の溶接が外れ、座面が完全とれてしまっていました。
以前にもお伝えしていますが、全体的に溶接が甘く感じます。
他品番.も含め、溶接部分の強化をお願い致します。

対策の一つとして、溶接の外れてしまったパーツをL字型の物に変更し、溶接個所を増やして、強度アップを図るようお願い致します。

Red circled welded part on the attached photo fell off and seat was entirely detached.
As I previously informed you, I feel overall welding is not firm enough.
Please strengthen welded part including other model numbers.

As one of counter measures, please change detached welded part into L type, increase number of welding parts and make them stronger.

I received 360 pieces of the item I ordered. Among them, 32 pieces were received with leakage. Please kindly check the photo attached on this email. I bought this item as present. 6月26日に購入したマシンですがバキューム機能がついたヘッドが動作しなくなりました。

Regarding the machine I bought on June 26th, head with vacuum function no longer works.
I only used it for the third time. I used it for about 15 minutes each time, so I think I was following the instruction on manual. You can see on video on the following URL that it's not working.

I heard that guarantee period for head is 3 months, so please kindly exchange the head.

I was expecting total of 10 boxes, but I got 9 boxes. I haven't been able to open all of them and check, but you only sent 9 boxes, is that right?

About harness, I checked around a little and it seems like XS size is mixed in.
It also looks like quantity is incorrect, so I will inspect them and let you know.

I have a favor to ask, last time when you sent items, boxes of items were broken during transportation, so if you don't mind please put extra boxes. Japanese customers complain if box is broken.

一方でDHLなどの国際物流業者で発送する事も出来ますが、送料は700ドル程もかかります。その際かかる送料はお客様の負担です。高価でも安全確実な方法をとるか、リスクを承知の上安い方法をとるかは、お客様に選択頂きたいです。

I can ship to Argentine. However, as you might know, postal situation from Japan to Argentine is not favorable, and international mail often takes 1 to 2 months, sometimes even 4 months. Also, international mails are not deliver to houses, and you have to go pick it up at the post office.
On the other hand, I can arrange international courier by DHL etc, but in that case shipping charge would be $700. You have to bear that shipping cost. Please choose either expensive but safe way, or cheap but risky way.
