SETTING THE USER CODE
・With the door open, press the reset button one, start setting code when the yellow lights goes on.
・Input new code (3-8 digits), and press the "A'(C/#) or "B'(E/*) button to confirm with 2 buzzer beeps, which indicates the acceptance and storage of the new code.
・If the yellow light flashes with 3 buzzer beeps, which means the code changing is not effective, and you need to try again.

CAUTION: Replace 4 fresh batteries by Iining them up in a manner as indicated by the “+” and “-“signs. When outage for longer than thirty minutes, you should reset the user's code.

OPENING DOOR
・Input your user's code (3 to 8 digits), each pressing results one buzzer beep and yellow light flashes.
・Press "A"(C/#) or “B"(E/*) button, the green light will be on.
・Rotate the knob (master key) clockwise and pull outwards within 5 seconds, the door is opened.

CAUTION: The user preset code "159". Please input the user code again if the yellow light flashes with three buzzer beeps.

CLOSING DOOR
・Turn the knob (master key) counter clockwise to close the door.

OPENING YOUR SAFE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Upon first opening, users should open the safe with the emergency key. The operation
in details refers to "opening the safe with the emergency key".
・Remove emergency lock cover, then insert the emergency key, and turn it count clockwise.
・Turn the knob (master key) clockwise to open the door.

CAUTION: Finish operation, pull out the emerqency key and keep it in a safe place.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES
・Open the door.
・Inset4XAAbatteries into the battery compartment.
・Under normal condition, if both of the red and the green lights are on at the same time, it means the voltage is low and you should insert new batteries.

MOUNTING METHOD
Fix the safe in the place which is not easy to move.
・Drill holes for expansion bolts (or clamping screws) in the right place.
・Turn the expansion bolts counter clockwise to separate.
・Use the expansion bolt (or clamping Screws) to secure the case to the wall.
・Make sure the case is mounted in place as required and then tighten all screws.
CAUTION: Use the expansion bolt when there is a concrete wall surface. Use the clamping Screw when there is a wooden wall surface.

Talking about china market we already have 5 to 6 potential distributors in china who are purchasing in huge quantities directly from our factory & sorry we can’t close them as they are working with us from years.

The container will have to go as scheduled on Dec 21st and will arrive in Sendai port Japan on Dec 31st, otherwise, fees will be start occurring. Your container is at Shekou port in China waiting for a departure ( please see the attached documents ). Once the container arrives in Sendai port Japan, you'll have 6 days without any charge. NL is advising to prepare for the customs clearance prior to your holidays/vacations.

As for the remaining payment, please deposit it before the 21st of December to prevent any further charges in China.

I had contact with Dutch post and they cannot find the parcel in my country,
The gonna investigate now if the parcel is in other country or Japan already.
The planes Dutch post uses are commercial planes, not like DHL or UPS having their own planes so this means the parcel can go to different city’s first before arriving to Japan.
They told me this investigation can take up to 30 days so we come back from holiday January 25.
If the parcel is stil missing that time, I will send you your money back but of course I hope by that time you they found it and hand it over to you.
This is all I can do for now cause I need to depend on Dutch post investigation time.

小包がその時点でまだ行方不明である場合は、こちらより返金いたしますが、それまでに見つかりお客様宛てに届くことをもちろん望んでおります。
オランダの郵便局の調査にかかる所要時間に頼る必要があるため、現状お伝えできるのはここまでとなります。

I just wanted to check - I made a mistake in my initial listing about posting dates, which I added to later on, underneath the main listing. Unfortunately I've missed the last shipping date for guaranteed Christmas delivery to the US. Did you need it before Christmas? I'm really sorry, if so, it was a genuine mistake on my part (I misunderstood the courier info about posting dates).

The problem we have now is that Christmas is coming so there are many parcels in the air and we are closing from Friday 21

No progress has been made despite my multiple inquiries.
