商品がまだ到着していないという報告が、”アメリカでだけ”急に増えています。世界の中でもアメリカの物流が一番良いので、通常ではこんなに未着の報告あがることありません。私はこういった報告は、エボラウイルスがアメリカに上陸した後に増えたのではないかと感じています。
税関や物流でエボラウイルスに警戒するために人数を割いているので、業務に支障が出ているのかもしれません。

We receive more reports claiming a merchandise has not been delivered yet particularly in "US" suddenly. As US has the best distribution system in the world, we don't usually receive this many of such reports. I assume that it is probably because Ebola hemorrhagic fever has landed in US.
The operation of the customs or the distribution might be interfered because of the headcount allotment for being on the alert for Ebola hemorrhagic fever. So, it might take slightly longer to get it delivered whilst the general delivery in 3 to 4 weeks.

Everything you just said was a lie, I don't believe the dishonor of your people. That is not good business. And what goes around comes around. If you guys were making just a buy it now for me why did you take the time to remove the pictures and description? That would have taken more time then just relisting it as a buy it now. You should have done the right thing but no one did. Did you get a chance to talk to the manager and show him the last email I got from A, because I would love to. Either way I am very disappointed in everything that happened and your communication in general I buy and sell hundreds of thousands of dollars of guitars and never do business like that.

The order is planned to be placed sometime between end of October and early November. 2 patters of quote were submitted with and without the cable respectively. We were informed that the order for this time will be placed without the cable. It was confirmed over the phone.
The cable is not required because the customer will prepare it per se.

I followed the instruction to perform the setting and attempted back tests, but they are all placed as 0.01Lot orders.

I informed B that it could possibly take about 6 weeks at the longest from placing an order to receive the item. Notified also was the necessity of confirming the length and quantity of the optical cable as the initial quote which relocation layout was uncertain and vague.
