The handle to the suitcase is completely broken (though the box itself was packed good and didn t have any signs of damage). Also, the description says the item is NEW, which is incorrect. It s obvious that the item has been used, opened.

Unfortunately, I don't see a way to glue it or fix so it would work and hold the weight of the package ( I contacted my post office, you should contact yours as well to report that the item got damaged.
