「Sales Marketing」の考え方ですがここでは「売れる仕組みを作る」という意味で進めます。
これまでの業績不振理由をそれぞれの対象から考察します。
・日ごろBからの情報提供がないため、大きな学会や勉強会でしか情報が入らない。
そのため、製品は聞いたことがあるが手に取ったことはないという看護師が多い。
・情報を得るためにインターネット検索をしても、B Homepageからは情報を得られない。
・それでもA製品にこだわる必要はなく、他社製品で問題解決ができてしまう。

In regard with "sales marketing", it means to "set a system to sell" here.
I consider the reason why the items have not been sold well so far from each situation.

As no information has been provided from B every day, we can obtain information only from a large academic conference and study meeting.
Therefore, many nurses have heard items but have not seen them in person.
Even if we search on Internet to obtain information, we cannot obtain it from homepage of B.
We do not have to be interested in only item of A. We can solve a problem by using the item of another company.

課題報告にあたり、「在庫の所有名義を誰にするのか」という点で二分化されます。

在庫を自社で持つのか他社に購入して管理してもらうのかということです。

それにより報告内容が変わるため、今回はそれぞれのパターンを考察しました。

A : 所有名義を自社にする　添付ファイルA
B : 所有名義を他社にする　添付ファイルB

尚、今回の課題はAに該当する内容と考えますので、まずは添付ファイルAをご覧ください。

A：在庫名義を自社にする

在庫の所有名義を自社にするということは何かしらの方法で登記しなければなりません。

私はソルツヘルスケア社日本駐在員として身一つで営業活動を行い、物流はアウトソースに依頼すればよいと考えていましたが、調べた結果、駐在員はあくまでも海外進出のため、事前マーケティングの活動期間に認められた登録で、直接的な営業活動はしてはならないようです。

ではどうするか。

A: The company is owner of the inventory.

If the company is owner of the inventory, we have to register in some way.

I thought that I do marketing by myself as a staff of Salts Healthcare stationed in Japan and outsource the logistics. But I checked it and found that the stationed staff is registered that is authorized only while doing marketing before starting the business abroad. 「支店設立」を提案します。
最初の面談の際にAの設立は現実的ではないとのお話でしたが、のちに日本市場報告をご覧いただいて、多少なりとも設立検討の興味を持って頂けたのではないでしょうか。
子会社Aの設立ではなく、あくまでも「支店」です。
とはいえ「子会社」と「支店」は登記や課税、事務処理の点など、それぞれにメリットデメリットがあるのでどちらが適しているかは綿密な検討が必要なため、とても私が決められる案件ではありません。

まずは「支店」として必要最小限の体制で営業利益を伸ばすことを選択肢として検討していただきたいのです。

さて支店を前提とした3課題の提案ですが、その前に重要なポイントが２つあります。

ちなみにCはB在庫を買い戻したと聞いていますが、私はCと同様に買い戻しをすることが極力トラブルを抑えられる良策と考えます

では課題報告をいたします

We should not reduce customer's satisfaction of logistics more than so far as a result of changing from B.
We have to process B's inventory in advance.
When we perform either plan, as B is an owner of the inventory and it is sold as an asset B,
unless we process B's inventory in some way, there are 2 sellers in the market.
It causes a confusion. It means that we need to work on it unless we postpone the contract with B.
I heard that C purchased back the B's inventory. As C did, I believe that we can prevent the trouble as much as possible by purchasing back it.
