このラブアン法人においては、英語が話せるマレーシア人を採用する予定です。
そして、主にマレーシア人で英語で顧客対応可能な体制を整えていきます。

そして、東南アジアでの外注先や取引先を見つけて、積極的に市場開拓していくつもりです。
今まで、日本、アメリカ、中国、ヨーロッパで行っていたことを
ラブアン法人で雇用したマレーシア人とともに東南アジアでも展開していきたいと思っています。

Human Resources Strategy for the Corporate Body in Labuan

It is planned that this corporate body in Lanbuan is to employ some English-speaking Malaysians
to establish a system where clients can communicate mainly with our English-speaking Malaysian staff.

Furthermore, we are going to cultivate a market positively by finding new outsourcing/trade partners in south-east Asia.
This Labuan corporate body is expected to promote the same strategy with the indigenous employees as we have been promoting already in Japan, the United States, China, and Europe.

I am going to launch new business activity in Malaysia, south-east Asia as part of my own international trade business, creating some jobs through our corporate body in Labuan.

In order to achieve the business plan above, I am planning to establish a new corporate body in Labuan.
Duties Assigned to President-Director:
To control the whole corporation as the representative president-director in the local corporate body;
To be engaged comprehensively in our business, simultaneously, such as consulting service, merchandise development, marketing strategy, and sales operation.

I understand that your government needs to conclude this agreement so as to begin our dialogue. Thus I believe I need to talk to my supervisor , but I still need to know the reason why you need this agreement to conclude in order for us to get started to hold a dialogue with your government if there is any (for example, it will be easier for your officials to go on official trips, it will be easier to secure some budget, etc).

so in order to avoid overlapping with the roles other partners of yours play in the Japanese market,
it is possible for us to regulate our business for your convenience, such as limiting it only to B2B or to retail sales.

Instead of introducing your distributors in Japan to us, could you kindly consider making a direct contract with us?

１．9月はMERIDIANが申告をする。御社もVAT計算だけして頂く、でよろしいですか？

２．御社にVAT申告の代理人をしていただくためには、HMRCに代理人変更の書類を出す必要はありますか？

３．FBAではなく、日本からイギリスのお客様へ直接お届けするオーダーについてはVATは発生しない

４．書籍などの非課税カテゴリの商品にはVATは発生しない

少し話がそれてしまいましたが、よろしくお願いします。

1. MERIDIAN makes the declaration in September, and your company simply calculates the VAT amount. Is this all right?

2. Do we have to submit to HMRC a paper that reports our change of the representative so that we can have your company work as our representative to declare the VAT amount?

3. We have to pay no VAT when we ship the goods ordered by our UK customers directly from Japan, not on the FBA basis.

4. We have to pay no VAT when we deal with items belonging to the tax-exempted category such as books.

Sorry to have wandered from the main subject a bit, but I just hope to make sure.

また、前回の注文より多く注文しているのにもかかわらず、1つあたりの送料が高くなってしまっては困ります。


今回、追加コストが必要な理由を教えてください。
