この種類のディスプレイボックスは素材がアクリルで出来ていることから、外から押されたりすることによって容易に壊れてしまいます。

工程においてモデルのミラーは接着剤により固定されていますが、途中の振動などによりゆるみ外れてしまうことがあり得ます。他のモデルに於いてもそのような事例が報告されています。爪楊枝に接着剤をたっぷり付けて再接着で直すことが出来ます。

仮に返品する際その途中で破損もありえるため（やめておいた方が良い）、その代わり部分的な返金には応じます。

I’m sorry the hair left a mark on the forehead of the last doll. The dolls hair was not wet when I shipped her but I checked with the people who sell the black mohair and they said that this can sometimes happen with the black mohair because of the black dye they use to color it. I will put some paper under the bangs when I ship her so that keeps the dye from staining the dolls forehead.

The shipping cost will be $175.00 US.
