AP #300 cover star and co-designer Gerard Way was approved to write a limited Batman series under DC's Vertigo imprint roughly five years ago, he has revealed via tweets.

"They wanna put it out I just never have time to write it!" he told Mindless Self Indulgence frontman Jimmy Urine earlier this evening.

The former My Chemical Romance frontman revealed several of his concept sketches from the series, which include twisted spins on Batman, Mr. Freeze and the Joker, which you can view below.

The Batman series, which Way pitched to DC Comics in 2008, prior to the recording of both Conventional Weapons and Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys, was set to feature six issues.

Zalora explains cash-on-collection trial with 7-Eleven and its logistical headaches in Singapore

Logistics is a big part of fashion online retailer Zalora‘s business, which is why it’s so important to get it right. Unfortunately, logistics is still spotty in Southeast Asia — Singapore included — causing many e-commerce businesses to resort to cash-on-collection as a means of delivering the goods.

While common in Philippines and Indonesia, Zalora has launched their own cash-on-collection trial in Singapore involving 19 Seven-Eleven convenience stores. This is the first time the business has tried something like this in any of its markets.

Willard has previously filled-in for the band on tour, following the departure of drummer Jay Weinberg late last year. Against Me! also saw the departure of longtime bassist Andrew Seward in May, several months after the band dropped off a planned tour with Bad Religion.

Despite recent shakeups, the group, now just Grace and guitarist James Bowman, have assured fans that they are committed to finishing their upcoming album, Transgender Dysphoria Blues. The record will mark Against Me!'s first release to be both produced and engineered by Laura Jane Grace. It will also be the band's first release since Grace publicly came out as transgender, and began living as a woman, in 2012.

The video, which was released last month, was filmed in Austin, Texas, and directed by Isaac Rentz. The band described the concept of their video for "Still Into You" as a portrayal of "what love feels like, instead of what it looks like."

Izakaya is a Japanese-style bar. They have so many types of meals, and almost all izakayas have an amazing drink system. It's called “nomihoudai” which means “all you can drink”—and it's fucking cheap, less than 10 bucks. If you drink one beer at a proper bar or nightclub, it's gonna be five dollars or more. When bands come to Japan, I always bring them to an izakaya.
