Lipids, one of the components of brain, are called unsaturated fatty acids (mainly phosphatides); as they cannot be produced inside the body, they must be supplied from outside.
The main component phosphatides can only be obtained from outside the body, and the they are the main components of marrow.

Nerve cells of brain deal with an enormous amount of information every day. The driving energy for that operation is provided by blood. We are astonished to hear that 30% of the blood goes to the brain for that operation. Phosphatides, main components of a brain, are provided through one’s neck to the brain through a spinal cord from marrow.

このリン脂質は、脳の神経細胞が情報交換するために必要な伝達物質にも必要であり、マローの充実が老化の防止や脳の活性化に重要な役割を担っています。

Phosphatide is necessary for a material which can transfer information of neuron cells of brain; good state of marrow is very important to prevent aging or for activation of brain.

Red blood cell = Carries oxygen to all the cells
White blood cell = Protects body from attack by foes outside body
Blood platelet

Sphingomyelin
= Contained especially much in brain cells. Keeps humidity as hide intercellular lipid
Lecithin
= Main component of the whole cell membrane. In a brain it is a raw material to form acetylcholine (neurotransmitter).
