I asked my friend living in Japan about the poster which you are looking for, then he told me that he can sell it to me. However, the price is really high. So, I am wondering if I should buy it. What suggestion would you make to me if I buy it and provide it to you?

今回の問題は、荷物が購入者の国に到着してから、購入者の自宅に到着するまでに、かなり時間がかかってしまったことが原因です。

私たちは、2021年2月6日に、購入者の期待を損なわないよう、あらかじめ遅延を考慮したhandling-timeの設定を変更しました。

そして、アマゾンの規約とポリシーを確認し、内容を理解した上でスタッフに教育を行いました。

私たちは同じ過ちを犯さないように、今回の内容をまとめたマニュアルを作成しました。

The reason of the problem this time is that it took pretty long for the package to be delivered to the buyer's home after it arrived in the buyer's country.

We did not contact the customer when packages arrived in Spain. So, the packages had kept suspended. And the arrival was delayed or sent back to Japan.

Due to the arrival delay, we received a lot of negative feedback from customers.

今回、このような状況になってしまった原因は、商品を素早く発送しなかった事と、お客様と頻繁にコンタクトを取らなかった為です

また、コロナウィルスの影響により、予測不能な遅れが生じてしまった為です

・発送する前には、不測の事態で荷物の到着に遅れが生じることもある、ということをお客様には予め了承してもらう
・追跡番号をつけ、お客様に随時、荷物の状況を報告する

We will make sure to execute below as countermeasure.

- We will change current shipping method so that the delivery is done quicker.
- For quicker shipment, we will pack the stocks beforehand.
- When we ship items, we will let customers know the delivery of the package can be delayed due to unexpected reasons.
- We will put a tracking number on the package and let the customer know its status occasionaly.
