All the items are unopened. Ayrton Senna 1/8 original figure, DVD, mouse pad also included.

Almost all the items are unopened, but there are just a few numbers that have been opened. There is a damage on the box especially for number 55. (All the contents have never been used so they are safe)

The box has been opened but the figure(doll) is fixed permanently, and the furnishings are packaged as is and have not been used.

We have confirmed the contents. With regards to the sales quota, can you change the 500 units for the initial fiscal year to 300 units?

In fact, we are still in the middle of preparing the Taiwan sales page and the sales in Taiwan will start slightly a bit further. We have confirmed it with the partners that starting sales by Spring would very likely be impossible. We are putting in efforts to target 1000 units by the second year.

Moreover, we would like to confirm the new package and the tweezers so can you kindly send the photos?
We initially wanted to start with the nail cutters so we want to invest after looking at the tweezers.

I have sent a new product to the customer and there are also no discrepancies between the product and the description.

I could not accept it so I contacted the customer, but they turned me down on letting me know the detailed reasons.

Upon wearing the size w29 of the oo product that I've purchased, it made a crunchy sound and there was a tear on the left side of the denim fabric.
It was repaired by a specialty store, but why was only the left side torn apart, as well as a lot of green powder came out of it.
I cannot handle it more than this.
I am attaching the photo.
I also purchased around 1560 euros previously.
And that was because of a good product.
I will be buying more products from your store from here onwards.
This will be a refund so please issue the refund during the next purchase (Please let me know the no expiration promotional code).
