Details of the item with defect
The color of left and right of the shoe(heel) is different. I did not find a problem at the items of other size, but the right shoe by US8.5 is yellow. I have not worn it yet, and its condition has not been changed since it had been delivered to me.

I will pay for shipping charge from Japan, and I request that you pay the price of the item when I purchased and the shipping charge.

Air mail from here would be expensive so I will have it sent by standard (sea) mail. It's estimated to take at least two months to reach you, so I apologize for the delay.

Details of the defective item:
The color of left and right of the shoe (heel) is different. I did not find a problem with the other sized items, but the heel of the right shoe is yellowed with age. I have not worn it yet, so it's in the same condition as when it was shipped.

I will pay for shipping from Japan, and I request that you refund me the price of the item as well as the shipping charge you applied when I purchased it.

As you point out, Google Analytics cannot measure properly.
Probably the below analytical tool would work properly, and it's free of charge.
*Since I am not from an English speaking areas, I use the same product in th different language version.

My thoughts for the measurement is that the dwell time of IE and smart phone users are extremely short.
IE I guess is due to the bug as mentioned previously.
