理由ですが、制御盤が壊れて使えない、モーターも錆びついて使えない、板金が腐食して使えないことが挙げられます。
最初から製作するので、現状の納期は3月末出荷です。
もうこの事実を〇〇社に言って下さい。もし先方がキャンセルしたいというのなら、我々はそれを受け入れます。
本当にご迷惑をお掛けし、何とお詫びしたらよいかわかりませんが、何卒ご協力をお願い致します。
兎に角、一度先方と話をしてみていただきたく存じます。

As I told you a few days ago, I decided to make the cleaning machine from the beginning again.
