私は発送リクエストのときにオプションの「Ship in Original Boxes」を選択していました。
しかし、発送時に勝手にオプションの選択を解除され、化粧箱が捨てられて発送されてきました。
化粧箱がないとその商品の価値がなくなってしまいます。
どうして勝手にオプションの選択を解除したのですか？
