そのキャッチアップのために、隔週で電話会議をしようという貴方の提案に、私は賛成いたします。
具体的には、毎月、第1及び第3木曜日、9時から10時（日本時間）では如何でしょうか。
なお、私は、今月の第１木曜の10月6日は他の予定が入っているため、10月5日（水）に実施する事をお願いします。

Regarding the progress status, I think it is very important to share information.
I agree to your proposal to have bi-weekly teleconference to catch up the status.
Specifically, how about having teleconference from 9am to 10am on the first and the third Thursday (Japan Time)?
And, I have already another appointment on the first Thursday, October 6th, so I would like to have the meeting on October 5th(Wed).
Also, in order to make the discussion further positive, I would appreciate if you can send me an e-mail about your questions in advance if you have any questions you want to discuss in the teleconference.
