私は○○（お店の名前）から同一商品を２回に分けて購入しています。添付した画像をご確認ください。オーダーNo.が▲と■で2回購入しています。つまり御社の倉庫には4個の商品が入った箱が2つ届かなくてはいけません。PACKAGE ID：☆ はそのうちの１つですので問題ありません。しかしもう１つのPACKAGE ID：♪ も4個商品が入っていなくてはいけません。これが本当に1個しか入っていなかったのか、それとも4個入っているのか、もう1度確認をして教えてください。

I purchase the same item from ○○ in two separate transactions. Please refer to the attached image. As you can see, I have purchased with order numbers ▲ and ■. It means that two boxes with 4 pieces of items in each of them must be delivered to your warehouse. Package ID: ☆ is one of them, so no problem. However, the other package with ID: ♪ must include 4 pieces of items in it. Please kindly double check and let me know if that box really had only one piece of item in it, or came with 4 pieces.
