私は3/18と21にセラーのオファーで商品を購入した。
しかし3/18日の注文自体を知らないとセラーが主張している。

セラーと別の取引で1078€の送金を受け取っていたので、
私はそれをセラーへ返金して商品の支払に充当、不足分の72€をカードで支払ました。
セラーの私への送金がキャンセルとなっているはずです。
それが今回の私の1回目の支払です。
何度説明してもセラーはこの事を理解できないようです。

いくら注文は1つだけだと主張してもPay palのアカウントで支払は確実に証明されている。
