Hello. I'm sorry that article arrived in unsatisfactory condition. I checked the article myself after skilled technician did the maintenance and only then sent it. Since I was able to confirm it being operational under given conditions in Japan, problem can't be solved even with mutual agreement claim. If you decide to seek settlement with Ebay, I can only pay you back full amount after I receive the item. However, the shipping costs quite a bit and there's no mutual advantages. I could take responsibility for cost of repairs up to US75, what do you think? I would like to help you even in the future when it comes to DENON, to gain your trust again.
