送料計算がおかしい

以下、サイズ・カラーのバリエーションが１月２０日以前は正常に$28.16と計算できていましたが、20日以降から$8.96と計算されています。
Shipping Weightを一部変更しましたが、それでも$8.96と表示され送料が再計算されません。
原因が分からない為とても困っています。
対応の方何卒よろしくお願い致します。

I found that the calculation of sending the item is wrong.

The sizes and colors had been calculated 28.16 dollars before January 20th, but it has been calculated 8.96 dollars since January 20th as is listed below.
We changed part of the shipping weight, but it is still shown as 8.96 dollars and
we cannot calculate the shipping charge again.
As I cannot find the cause, I am in an inconvenience.
