購入者から返金依頼のメッセージが何度も来ています。私はこの商品について適切に返金手続きを行い、アマゾンからもすでに返金処理が行われているはずだと何度か伝えましたが、購入者は返金を受けていないと主張しています。
私はアマゾンから返金処理開始のメールを受け取っており、管理画面でも返金処理がされたことが確認できます。
この件について一度調べて購入者に説明して頂けますか?比較的高額(720.44USD)なので、もし本当に購入者が返金を受けていないのであれば心配なのは理解できます。

We have received messages regarding a refund from the purchaser many times. I have informed the purchaser a few times that I have immediately refunded for this transaction and Amazon is working on it. However, the purchaser claims that he hasn't received a refund, yet.
I have received an email from Amazon regarding the refund and confirmed online that the refund has been completed.
Would you look into it and explain the detail to the purchaser? It is relatively high amount of transaction (720.44USD). So if the purchaser hasn't received a refund, I totally understand his concerns.

The wording "a refund from the purchaser" could be very confusing. It would be better to change the order of the words, e.g., "I have received a number of messages from the purchaser requesting a refund."

"来ています" is ambiguous, and could be either "we" or "I". But because it is immediately followed by "私", I think "I" would be better here unless a previous message has indicated that "私" is just one person working at a larger organization.
