With the new company we chgd our policy opon fixing of orders all commissions are due to payment otherwise we won’t be able to support you anymore.

Please understand bcs of new policy and new boss we chgd that . I hope you understand that our team worked already longtime in advance for all that support therefore it must be understood that the payment has to be made upon the order has been fixed .

In case there is a discrepancies on shipment there will be either a creditnote or a add invoices in case the shipped qtys has been increased.

崩れてとても訳しにくい原文を上手に解釈して訳されていると思います。
ただ一点気になるのが、order fixは修正でなく確定ではないでしょうか。通常、修正にはreviseやamendを使い、確定はcloseかfixだと思ったのですがどうでしょう。

Fixの解釈は迷いましたが、ご指摘のように「確定」の意味かもしれません。

私は「いったん注文したあとに、数などを変更すると手数料が発生します」という話だと判断して、「訂正」と解釈したのですが、「注文が確定したら料金を払ってください」という話でも筋が通りますね。「訂正」の場合はamend等の使用が多いことを考えても、「確定」の可能性が高そうです。

このあたり、コメントで依頼者さんにお知らせすると良かったかもしれません。
