仕事から帰るのが遅くなり返信遅くなりました。ごめんなさい。
あなたに送った商品は、写真通りに壊れていないものを、きちんと梱包して送りましたよ。
郵便局に荷物を取りに来るように言われた理由は、ちょっと思い当たるふしはないです。
商品が運搬途中に壊れたとか、住所が読めなくなってしまったとか、関税のことなどいくつか考えられるけれど‥お手数ですが、商品を取りにいって話を聞いてもらえませんか。
もし、壊れているという話なら、補償はします。
郵便局の方とどのような話になったか私にメールください。

The item I sent you was not broken as in the photo and I carefully packed it.
I can't think of any reason you were told to pick up the parcel at the post office.
There may be some reasons I can think of, like the item was broken during transportation, address is not readable or tariff related matter... sorry for taking your time, but will you go pick up the item and listen to what they say?
If it's broken, I will compensate for it.
